FRIDAY

• 8:00 Breakfast on the Range (or at the Vee Bar)
• 9:00 Morning ride back from camp (riders)
  Morning hike on the Deerwood (non-riders)
• 12:00 Lunch at the Vee Bar
• 1:00 Gymkhana (Games on Horseback) at the Vee Bar
  Foot rodeo (kids and/or non-riders)
• 3:00 River Tube Races (all ages)
• 5:00 Cocktails and band in the Saloon
• 6:00 Steak Dinner
  Music continues after dinner, and you won’t want to miss the Golden Horseshoe Awards!

SATURDAY

B&B option tonight, so some of the locals may join us for a night
No kids program today
*Select Saturdays:  van to nearby rodeos, other local events*

• 10:00 Morning Horseback Ride (no afternoon ride offered)
• 12:00 Pick up your sack lunch
• 1:00 Van to Laramie (Wyoming Territorial Prison Tours)
• 6:00 BBQ on the Island (Reservations required, additional charge of $18 per person) Open to the public.

Miscellaneous Notes:

• Ideal arrival day for the six-night package is Sunday.
• 3-night minimum stay required (exception is a one-night B&B option on Saturdays)
• 4 and 5 night packages are an option.   To calculate a price, the 3-night package will be pro-rated.
• Activities on the day of your departure are not included in your package (but can be added on for an additional charge).
• Activities after 3:00 on the day of your arrival are included in your package (but you can add activities for an additional charge if you are interested).
• Otherwise, activities listed above are included in package price.  Other options nearby (for an additional charge) include ATV’s, mountain bikes, massages, *river floating and rafting trips.
